Intensive technological advancements in the field of cosmetology have increased the demand for cosmetics containing active ingredients that stimulate the skin's biological activity. Ideally, such substances would be found naturally in the skin which would result in improved absorbtion and in a lower probability for allergies to occur. Purlés designed an innovative new line infused with growth factors to meet the aforementioned criteria. Specifically, this new line consists of peptides that exert a biological effect on cells, thereby promoting their growth, metabolism, and division. This action activates the essential regeneration and renewal processes for skin rejuvenation treatments. The topical application of growth factor mixtures to the skin has been shown to accelerate skin cell renewal and stimulate the synthesis of collagen, elastin, and other intercellular matrix components.
